I called and left a message after hours about my subzero fridge that another company had serviced and then told me they couldn’t come back to fix the issue they created for two days. Vlad called me back immediately even though it was outside regular business hours. I explained my issue and he spent 10 minutes troubleshooting over the phone with me and he got the fridge working again. I was happy to pay for the amazing and immediate service, but Vlad refused payment. Needless to say, I will ALWAYS use Vlad in the future for my appliance issues. I’m so grateful to him and it reaffirms that kind, generous people are still out there. ~ Laurie H
I am so appreciative that I found Vlad several years ago to repair my Sub-Zero when it was put out of commission by a household power surge, after getting the run-around from a couple of other Sub-Zero repair services. He was VERY PROMPT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and COURTEOUS, fixed it so as not to fail again from a future power surge, answered all my questions, explained how best to care for it, and texted throughout to keep me updated. Had troubles with my Sub Zero. Contacted three appliance repair shops. One didn’t return my call, one made an appointment and didn’t show, the third showed, charged me for a house call and a week later I received an estimate on a piece of paper. A friend suggested I call Vlad. He came over the next day, Rebooted the refrigerator and didn’t charge me for the call. He’s helped me a couple times since.
