Had troubles with my Sub Zero. Contacted three appliance repair shops. One didn’t return my call, one made an appointment and didn’t show, the third showed, charged me for a house call and a week later I received an estimate on a piece of paper. A friend suggested I call Vlad. He came over the next day, Rebooted the refrigerator and didn’t charge me for the call. He’s helped me a couple times since. It’s gives one a secure feeling knowing you have a professional to help when needed. ~ Jay R
